Registration is open to all persons interested in the building and construction industry.

The broad theme of the conference is “Advances in Concrete Materials and Structures” bringing together global leaders in the concrete industry, covering all aspects of concrete design improvements, research, construction, maintenance and repair of concrete projects.

The conference is open to anyone interested in attending. It will be of specific interest to those within the building and construction industries and most pertinent to:

Registration Terms and Conditions


The registration fee entitles all delegates to the following:

  • All sessions
  • Satchel: program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants
  • Welcome Reception
  • Conference Dinner
  • Morning and afternoon teas, lunches

A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. Student registrants are entitled to the following:

  • All sessions
  • Satchel: program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants
  • Welcome Reception
  • Conference Dinner
  • Morning and afternoon teas, lunches

Day Registration entitles delegates to the following:

  • All sessions on the nominated day
  • Program booklet
  • Morning and afternoon tea, lunch on the nominated day

Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.

Each member of the conference will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.


The Group registration form must be received by the Conference Managers on or before 1 September 2017 to be eligible for the early registration fee and payment must be received by 1 September 2017, even without the list of participants. The final list of participants must be submitted by 7 September 2017. Should this deadline not be met, the difference between early and standard registration fees will apply and must be paid in order to process the Group registration.

Private Touring, Private Functions, Hospitality Arrangements

Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, private function, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Conference Manager who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.

It is requested that you advise the Conference Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program.

Payment Options

Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card. Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex Pty Ltd’.

Cancellations Refunds

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.

Registration Fees: Before 28 July 2017 will incur an A$100.00 cancellation fee. Before 15 September 2017 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. After 15 September 2017 there will be no refund.

Accommodation: A minimum one night’s deposit must be paid or credit card details given at time of booking to guarantee reservation One nights deposit is non-refundable at 21 September 2017

Social: Payments are non-refundable at 15 September 2017.


The program is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
